• After payment of the indebted fees to beHome our responsibility is terminated and you will have responsibilities exclusively to the landlord/owner or as the case may be to an administrator.
• A possible lease will be drafted between the tenant and the landlord/owner. BeHome is not a contracting party in this matter and can therefore not be held accountable for possible negligence for either party.
• When renting commercial real estate, the commission fee will be two months rent (plus 19% taxes).
• Your personal information will be stored in a database, the way it is described in the Registration Law (Wet Persoonsregistratie / W.P.R.).
• Your information may be used to send you special offers.
