Tenants that have a salary less than € 800 gross always need to have somebody with a salary above € 800 gross to sign a form that states that they will stand surety for them. Students always need to have a signed form by someone who stands surety for them. The person who stands surety needs to hand in the above mentioned forms.

Interested
Foregoing the viewing we will make an appointment with you. An employee from beHome will guide the viewing. During the viewing you can indicate your interest in the residence. Following this we will introduce you by letter to the landlord/owner. Despite the fact that we have a consultative role, the final decision of who will be chosen as tenant will be made by the landlord/owner. There is no correspondence possible concerning this decision.
When the landlord/owner agrees with you as tenant, beHome will take further steps concerning the handover of the keys to you.

The lease
BeHome will draft the lease, in which, next to the standard information, possible special conditions that the landlord/owner has presented are included. After the drafting we will review the lease with you. Consequently you will know your rights and duties beforehand. If there are no more questions the lease will be signed.
