Management

Because every landlord/owner has their own wishes, beHome offers different management packages.

1. Small Management (3% of the monthly gross rental price excluding taxes).

• The monthly sending of the rental invoice to the tenant(s). The collection and management of monthly rental fees owed by your tenant(s) and the redirecting of the received rental fees to the landlord/owner.
• BeHome summons the tenant(s) if the payment is not in accordance with the lease.

• The collection and management of the by your tenant(s) monthly owed rental fees and the redirecting of the received rental fees to the landlord/owner.
• The handling of all correspondence necessary for the management.
• BeHome summons the tenant(s) if payments are not in accordance with the lease.
• In case of possible arrears of rent, in consult with the landlord/owner, beHome can undertake steps against the tenant(s). All made costs will be at the expense of the tenant(s).
• If desired, beHome can make a monthly overview of paid expenses, accountable by the landlord/owner, and overviews of the received rental fees to the credit of the landlord/owner. As well as provision of overviews with possible arrears of rent. At the end of the month fees will be settled with the landlord/owner based on the overviews.
