Intake
The renting of residences through beHome is free of charge! Intake of the residence takes place during an appointment in the residence in question together with beHome. BeHome will provide the description and pictures of the residence so they can be posted on the website.

Promotion
We will draft a profile of the desired future tenant together with you. We have the accommodation wishes of all of our registered residence seekers in our database. Directly after the intake of the residence, we will start to actively present your residence to selected tenants. Consequently we may find your tenant within hours. If the matching is not successful we will place the residence on the website. The residence will also be listed on the website www.pararius.nl so it will get even more attention.  By means of posters in our windows we have the opportunity to promote the residence with even more effect. If necessary we will place external ads in which we offer your residence.

Viewing
We make appointments to view the residence with candidates that are interested. The viewings are always guided by beHome. If the residence is still rented, we will make an appointment with the current tenant for the viewing.

Introduction candidate tenant
You decide who your new tenant will be. If beHome finds a suitable tenant, we will introduce them by letter and discuss them with you.
If so desired we will introduce the candidate to you personally. Complementary beHome can do an antecedents survey. We will gladly inform you personally of this possibility.
